REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis W – Airport Area | 5855 Rockville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46224
Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 per year, based on experience

The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional General Manager to oversee hotel operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team development, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong hotel leadership experience and the ability to drive operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily hotel operations and provide leadership to General Managers and department heads.
Ensure properties meet company, brand, safety, quality, and service standards.
Monitor hotel financial performance, including revenue, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
Develop strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability.
Review P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Work closely with Sales and Revenue Management teams to maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel leadership teams.
Establish performance expectations and maintain management accountability.
Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, scheduling, and productivity.
Conduct regular property inspections and address operational deficiencies.
Ensure proper housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and front-office standards.
Build strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, ownership, and brand representatives.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, business planning, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
Identify opportunities to control expenses while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
Support hotel management teams with problem-solving, employee relations, and operational challenges.
Travel between assigned properties as needed to provide leadership and operational support.
5+ years of hotel management experience , preferably as a General Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, or senior hotel leader.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L management, budgeting, payroll, and labor costs.
Experience with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, or another major hotel brand preferred.
Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, revenue management, and guest services.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to analyze operational reports and implement corrective action.
Proficiency with hotel PMS, Microsoft Office, and standard hotel management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
