What You’ll Do Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for travel nurses across multiple specialties Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified travel nursing candidates Develop trusted relationships with nurses by providing guidance, transparency, and career support Collaborate closely with sales/account management to align nurse placements with client needs Stay current on market trends, pay packages, licensing requirements, and compliance standards Use ATS and recruitment tools to track activity, performance, and candidate engagement What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience recruiting travel nurses (agency experience required) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals Strong knowledge of travel nursing compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes High level of professionalism with exceptional communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
