Job Description

This is a hands-on paid search role. You own the Google Ads account - structure, targeting, testing and optimization - for fast-growing international brands, and you talk to the partner directly about what you are doing and why. You will work alongside BI, Tracking, Creative, Product and CRM against shared, aggressive KPIs. Fully remote, with EST overlap. What you'll do Own day-to-day management of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other paid search platforms Build and restructure campaigns: account structure, targeting, display and shopping, bidding Run continuous A/B testing and KPI analysis to improve search visibility and efficiency Take recommendations directly to the partner and execute the ones that get agreed Monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting against the KPIs that matter Work inside a cross-functional squad - BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, CRM - toward shared targets Keep pace with changes across paid search and paid social, and bring the relevant ones in What you need 5–7 years as a performance marketer, hands-on in paid search Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications Experience managing budgets over $100K/month is a strong plus Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills Fluent, confident English - this is a client-facing role, written and spoken Availability to work into the EST time zone How we work You are embedded in one partner's business, not spread across ten accounts. Paid search sits in a cross-functional squad next to CRM, creative and BI, so search spend is judged on the same LTV:CAC signal as every other channel.
