Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group instructional support.
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Support classroom instruction under the direction of a licensed teacher.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with school staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or paraprofessional certification preferred, where applicable.
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
