We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support a non-profit organization through a Contract engagement based in New York, New York. This role will lead multi-channel marketing efforts designed to expand audience reach, strengthen engagement, and improve campaign performance across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution across email, paid media, analytics, and website content management.Responsibilities:• Develop and manage integrated digital marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals and audience engagement strategies.• Plan, launch, and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through performance, and overall supporter communication effectiveness.• Oversee paid media activities across Google Ads and social platforms, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creative to maximize return on investment.• Track campaign results using Google Analytics and related reporting tools to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.• Manage marketing automation and contact workflows within HubSpot to support lead nurturing and audience segmentation.• Maintain and update website content in WordPress, ensuring pages remain accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign objectives.• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate program priorities into compelling digital campaigns and consistent brand messaging.• Produce regular performance summaries and actionable insights to guide future digital strategy and channel investment.
