SystemsAccountants is partnering with a global EPM consultancy to place a senior Anaplan professional in a solution architecture role specializing in Workforce Planning. This is a strong fit for a certified Anaplan practitioner who has led multiple WFP implementations and is ready to operate as the technical authority on complex, enterprise-scale engagements.About the RoleThis is a Principal Consultant-level position. You will own end-to-end solution design for Workforce Planning use cases, working directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate complex planning requirements into scalable, high-performing Anaplan solutions. The role also carries pre-sales and internal practice development responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver Anaplan WFP solutions across a range of use casesLead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, data mapping, UAT, and post-go-live supportDesign end-to-end planning architectures covering data flows, integrations, scenario management, and reportingIntegrate Anaplan with enterprise source systemsMentor model builders and junior consultants on modeling standards and architectural best practicesContribute to pre-sales activities, including demos, proofs of concept, and solution shapingRequired QualificationsCertified Solution Architect and/or Master Anaplanner certification requiredMinimum 5 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experienceMinimum 2 to 3 completed Workforce Planning implementations in a lead architecture capacityExperience integrating Anaplan with enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, CRM, or WFM platformsNice to HaveDeep working knowledge of the Polaris EnginePrior involvement in pre-sales, RFP responses, or solution shapingPosition DetailsEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Remote (preference for candidates based in New York, Chicago, or Toronto)No visa sponsorship available
